IPS Emax cerec/inlab shade issues

Hi, can anyone help me with this issue, im new to CAD/CAM milling and when i mill/furnace IPS emax the shade always comes out lighter than B1 when im wanting A2 or A3, unsure if its to do with crystallisation, i use ivoclar progamat CS2
