Imes Icore 340i problem

Hello,

Someone here know the 340i from Imes Icore?
It’s hold 4-axis machine, before the 350i machines

I have a problem on this machine and i don’t find solution. And Imes Icore too
The problem is that my customer is at 5hours away.

Hello @Holtlion31, the 340i model is an old model. Has your customer thought about trying one of the latest versions from imes-icore?
