Hey everyone I’m looking for some help. I have got a NEmmevi C FURN 40b burnout furnace. I’m looking for some help. I have connected to an extension cord. The extension cord maximum is 10 amp while my burn furnace is 13 amp when I connected my furnace to the extension cord it caused a spark and I assumed it just needed a new fuse however have changing the fuse. It was still not working. The digital screen is completely not working now . Not sure what the issue is and not sure where to get spare parts on who to speak to if anyone has any idea on how to get this fixed or repaired please reach out appreciate it thank you
